best decision I've made in laptops, very quit runs smooth and doesn't over heat. charges great, battery life amazing. windows 10 had a few issues, but found out was common air and got it fixed. very happy with my decision and was a chance i took happy i did

The person who helped us was excellent. We explained what we wanted and he showed us PCs that fit our needs. Then we changed what we wanted and he showed us PCs that fit those criteria. We did this a couple times until we found just the right computer.

Being new to a laptop and what my needs would be your employee was very helpful. The research I did on a few he answered the questions I had on them. The one I was leaning towards he suggested it was a good one. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

I bought this laptop for my brother but he hasn't tried it yet (he is out of the country). I will come back to give you an update. He did his research prior to purchasing it. On top of that we got it on Sale. The price was good!!!!

I love this laptop. I enjoy the fact that I can use it as a tablet or I can add a wireless mouse and keyboard to it and use it as a desktop. It runs smoothly. I do wish the screen was bigger. It was a great buy for the money.

I’ve been having a great experience with this laptop. It runs fast and smooth. I did have some screen glitches prior to the first update but have not had continuous issues after it was installed. Overall it’s a great purchase.

I am very happy with this laptop so far. I haven't had it very long but everything seems to be working smoothly. I am looking forward to using it more in the future both professionally and personally. I do like the way it looks and feels, it is very sleek.

The laptop is wonderful. It has the good battery life . Also, the processor is great(i5 11gen). I will definitely recommend the i5 version. In i7 I don't see I point. Same number of cores and threads, just higher frequency.

Gift for husband for Christmas. He lives it and stated the screen size and picture are perfect. The size and spacing of the keyboard fits his hands just right. He hasn’t set the computer up yet but is excited about Santa’s gift.
