An excellent upgrade for business and personal use. It has a smaller footprint than the Dell it replaced. It could us a couple more ports and the fingerprint scanner which is a very nice addition, works more often than not, but not 100%.

very nice computer, love the convertible. A little tough dealing with Apple music or iTunes and using an external CD drive and tons of ads for MS platform, but that's not the computer issue, it's Windows platform.

I got three different laptops before I fell in love of this one! I travel a lot and this is perfect to finish some work while in the air. Also great to catch on shows/movies anywhere you go. Great product!

I purchased this laptop , working fast , have a lot of memory and gold color I like , but can not see very well letters , this is why I put 4 stars. In overall satisfied for this purchase , since I always buying HP company from Best Buy .

It works well. It is quick. When automatic update came through the headphone jack quit. The virtual chat was useless. the personal chat took a long time and was no help, finally figured it out on line.

For me it was perfect but theres some things I didnt like when using it. Keyboard, too heavy and pricey. Overall Im happy but for the price I payed i could have find something better. But besides that Im good with my purchase

I really like the computer although Software that I purchased for it was lacking a pdf program. I would definitely recommend this computer to anyone who is in search for a computer that can convert to a laptop or to a tablet.

Great computer! Versatile, light weight, and incredibly fast processor.

It started to overheat in the first week and it did not have a numerical keypad. Other from that it was nice lightweight and easy to use.

Super easy to set up... comfortable keyboard, love the 2 in 1 versatility. This was a gift for my 13 yr old daughter... she’s loving it so far! Of course I bought GSP, because... well, she’s 13!

Bought for Daughter to replace her other HP laptop/tablet. Had to replace after 3 years as she broke the hinges and cracked the screen. Great laptop which is why I purchased again.
