    The battery life is very, very poor. A full charge will last roughly 5 hours at the very best with mixed use of video streaming and web browsing, without downloads, until you're required to recharge before it shuts down.

    This laptop is junk. First the speakers stopped working after I set it up so I said ok let me reset it. Second, after reset the Speakers worked but then the keyboard wasn’t working and I couldn’t put an @ for my email. That meant I couldn’t log into windows so it was pointless. Third, the fan on this little machine is as loud as a running car. I returned it. No point in keeping something broken out of the box. Bought 4/3 returned 4/5

    Not happy and very disappointed with this Hp model. It gets hot and shuts off. I’ve been using Hp for some years now and this is the first time I’ve had this problem with their laptops and I’ve invested way more money this time one for it to get really hot and shut off while my daughter is in her virtual classroom.

    had some issues immediately after opening. only just got it fixed. overall it’s a good laptop, just make sure you get protection incase the driver needs to be replaced immediately
