It’s does the job. I thought imagine quality would be much better when watching Netflix etc. find myself using my iPad instead. It’s fine for doing basic stuff.

Its a good laptop but because it’s touchscreen battery dies fast

Good starter laptop does most of what you need to do but if you do three or more applications at a time then it starts to lag

Not use to a laptop. Many years on computer, But laptop does not compare. Would rather have my HP Pavillion back.:(

It did not work for me. Sometimes Laptop is freezing when I play video.

Price went up several days following the end of the price match guarantee period. Once or twice out of 20 power-ons, the Windows program does not turn on properly.

Monitor screen stopped working (went black) after only 25 days. Can plug it into the tv via hdmi chord and the home screen will display, but it’s still unresponsive and won’t give me the option to login in. Stopped working despite taking very good care of it. Going to return it and get my money back. My classes start in a week, this sucks!

A little upset that when playing something with audio it makes noise to where you can’t hear the audio clearly. I haven’t had it for a month.

Memory failure. Purchased in December - only 6 months old! Now I have to ship it back and go without a decent laptop until they fix it. I've never had RAM fail on a new computer before. SD cards, sure, but a brand new laptop? Never. Not sure I want it back, but HP warranty is my only option now. I guess I'll be holding my breath with this laptop until I can finally replace it - with another brand.

It's not a computer that I wanted originally. So just keep it that way. Trying to get used it's own way.

This computer is not worth the money, I have had it in for repair and last repair it was sent directly to HP and they had it for almost 2 months and I just got it back and it is doing the exact same thing it was sent to HP for.

Ridiculous service we waited for 3/12 hrs total first I send my son to pick up the computer on his lunch time and he let someone know he was outside and the whole thing and he was there for 1/12 hr and no one came out he left and no one emailed me or nothing so we tried again the next day after work and the same thing almost 2 hr he waited

Regrettably, since my November 2020 purchase, I have had to get my laptop serviced an average of every two months. Yesterday was my tipping point. My laptop was sent to the service center. Told it would not be back for five weeks. I want a replacement. The only saving grace is the kindness of the Geek Squad staff.

I returned this laptop because I couldn't get a good picture when using Zoom.

This laptop 8 months in is already dead. Waiting to see what Best Buy can do to fix this. Daughter starts school next week and needs a laptop. Hoping Best Buy can fix this or steer me in the right direction

Buyer beware, this computer lost its mother board 13 months after I purchased it. My mistake for not buying the Best Buy warranty. Stay away HP is garbage.

Only good to make trash didn't work, lock up.. took back to get unlock told it would take at less a $100 to look at ( 3 days after I had pick it up new) s0 left it there to be junk
