Great invesment

My older laptop was an asus from 2014 it was very heavy and the motherboard died. I bought this laptop because of the speed, its very light weight, the tablet option is a plus. I use this laptop for my office job working remotely from home. It was expensive but the speed makes up for it

Decent mid-range
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Decent mid-range 2-in-1. Has all I really need. Fan can be a bit loud at times, as it can get a bit warm. With my 1T external drive I have a good amount of storage. I'm happy. This replaces an older Pavilion 17" dv7. Do I miss the screen size? Not really.

Sad and Mad
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It's very pretty. Other than the fan motor tending to run somewhat loudly at times, I enjoyed having it. I purchased it in late February 2020. Here it is the first week in March 2021 and it will no longer charge and the battery must be replaced. What makes things even worse is the ability to fine one that is compatible! Compatible?? Why doesn't it have one specifically for it. I am so disappointed. This is my first HP and could very well be my last. The rating is for the poor battery life and difficulty finding a replacement.

BUY THIS LAPTOP IN NOVEMBER 2020 FOR ALMOST $ 700.00 DOLLARS AND IN JUST 6 MONTHS IT STOPPED WORKING. IT DOES NOT TURN ON, DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE TO SEE IF THEY CAN RETURN MY MONEY, THEY SAID NO, BECAUSE I DIDN'T BUY IT DIRECTLY FROM THEM. THE ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO WAIT FOR A BOX TO SEND THE LAPTOP FOR REPAIR. DO NOT BUY HP PRODUCTS, POOR QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
