Love my new computer! Only use it for work. Even with somewhat decent internet my computer goes amazingly fast! Happy costumer.

A lot and I mean A LOT of glitching and battery life isn’t even at least “standard” got this for school purposes. I would’ve preferred an apple product off the back since they are a lot more reliable in most ways BUT this one was the sales rep’s “go to” for students. Also Apple’s software isn’t as compatible with most teachers files and software, whereas this computer is supposed to be. If school isn’t the case I would definitely go with another kind of computer.

My girlfriend loved it. Awesome computer and it is very fast.

Wow! I see why this gets great reviews, first off the pic is crystal clear & it's so smooth to operate, & has plenty of memory but I still added another 256gb to it. I was truly surprised that this wasn't sold out. This is truly a steal of a deal.

Great laptop/tablet combo. Nice size and light -easy to transport and access with several I regularly connection ports.

Easy to get up and running. Good speed, faster than I thought, was able to get more tasks done in less time.

So far this HP laptop is working great! The best part is the clear pictures, graphics card, and touchscreen! This has enough memory to the job I need it for, which is school work and being a teacher, this laptop works great! There is a 128SSD HHD, if I need more HDD space, my husband has a portable HDD and I also save items to my Google Drive. It is better to save multiple copies in different areas. You never know if the HDD goes out, or no internet access etc..

its great! the battery though hasnt lasted too long, but thats the least of my worries. I would reccomend this laptop.

Keyboard is awesome. Not too big not too small, just right. Perfect size laptop. Fast and efficient. Love it!

The 1st HP Pavillion purchased did not work properly (the screen kept turning blue - no keys nor touch screen were working) we needed to exchange it for a new one. The replacement has been working fine and Gurkin "Cap" our customer service representative in Mechanicsburg was amazing. He was respectful, informative and helpful with dealing with our issue and was quick to exchange our laptop with no problem. He is an awesome representative of your store.
