It is perfect. I’m a writer, so I’m always on my computer. Set up was so easy and fairly quick. The screen is the perfect size. I love the touchscreen. I always buy HP, so I’m very happy with it. The only thing I would change is Windows 11. Hate it.

A very nice 2 in 1 touchscreen laptop. Very fast and responsive with a great display. Great ram and storage. My only drawback is that it doesn't have a side number keypad do to it being a 14in 2 in 1. Otherwise no complaints.

Good looking and robust Laptop. Immediately upon opening the box, I use this laptop for 8 hours straight during presentations at a conference. It did not let me down. People asked me, what kind of device this was because it looks so good.

I particularly like the manageable size of my new Pavilion x360, IThe etched letters on the keys are not going to wear off which has been an issue with some of my laptops. This is my third Pavilion and it has not disappointed me in any way.

Great laptop with an elegant design and beautiful silver color, It has a good size screen for small computer and the keyboard is not all flat which makes it easier for people with rheumatoid arthritis to use it. Beautiful silver color and elegant design.

This is a great laptop even for us older folks that don't take advantage of all it has to offer. I love it and the smaller size that it is compared to our last HP laptop. I don't see how anyone could be disappointed with it. We certainly aren't.

2 years later and is holding up great. Love how easy it was to customize.

I love this computer. I bought it for school. Getting my masters and this is soooo reliable! The touch screen is amazing is can be tablet like. I will buy one for my sister for Christmas

The laptop seemed to do everything I wanted it to do. Was convenient. Easy to open. To operate. The only problem that I seem to have had with it is, about 6 months into it. The battery came up with a problem. After troubleshooting with online help. Had to return it to HP to have it worked on. Still waiting to find out if any of my information was able to be saved or if it was a complete loss.

It is a nice product, I am not sure why hp mousepad is not as good as that much. slowly I am getting used to it. But fan sound on excessive usage. Rest everything looks good

The only reason I am giving this 4 instead of 5 stars is because I had to return my first purchase because it was obvious it was not new. Now that I have my "new new" laptop, I am delighted with how simple the setup and the ease of use is.

I did my college work on this laptop. I had a laptop that was a little big and it was acting weird so I got this laptop and this was a good size for me to use for school.

Bought this computer for my wife and in the time she has used it, it is a great product that works fast and flawless would diffidently get another one for my daughter this Christmas

This computer is the best, I am able to complete all my post grad school work and then it turns into a tablet as well.

Had this for over a year now and it’s been a great little laptop of everyday personal use. Not bad for the price!

I purchased this particular model for the favorable price/performance ratio to use as a general purpose computer. For the intended purpose, I didn't need a powerful computer and this one filled the bill quite nicely.

This is a nice midrange laptop. The display is crisp. Battery life is okay. The 2-in-1 mode works great. Unfortunately, the RAM is not upgradable, which may limit its life. But it is good enough for now.
