Love my new HP laptop!

My previous laptop (also an HP) was 7 yrs. old so this one is a HUGE improvement!! So much faster and the display is great. Battery doesn't seem to last quite as long as I expected. This laptop is smaller & lighter than the old one. Overall, I'd definitely purchase again.

Camera not good but touch screen works

The camera is no longer working though so that only lasted 1 year. Seems to still be rebooting quickly but wish they wouldn't send so many updates that require reboots.

I was able to purchase the laptop, a warranty and Tech Support all in one transaction. I then went by the Geek Squad desk to set up an appointment for data transfer from my old laptop and new installation of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office
