Ive been very impressed with this so far! It feels nicely built. The display is very sharp and the backlit keyboard is also a huge plus. Its very quick to respond and has ample storage for most users!

Worth the price. Nice configuration & premium build quality. Little heavier than ultra books, but those are double the price of this one with similar configuration. Overall a sound laptop for techies.

Overall great laptop. Runs smooth, light and graphics are pretty good. Main complaint is the battery. I’ve had to charge it 2 times in one afternoon. The battery sucks.

I made a right choice in choosing my computer from bestbuy. Have not had any issue since i bought it. Battery is long lasting

All four stars go to performance. Had no issues, nor ran into any problems others mentioned here. It does get warm during set up but it didn't feel exccesive. It worked nice and smooth. My problem was the terrible design, The screen if pushed a tad back beyong right angle would start lifting the back of laptop. This is becuase of afunny way HP engineered the hinges, Also, this is all plastic, painted silver to give a better sense of quality. Eevn then though, it doesn't feel cheap. I;m concerned about the silver coating wearning off which would make this laptop look ugly. I decided to return it for a Surface, same specs, but significantly more expensive.

I really love this laptop. It works well, and the graphics are so nice (i play the sims 4). works super fast. only downside is probably the battery life.

Horrible! I should have checked Consumer Reports EVALUATIONS BEFORE looking for NEW LAPTOP. HP PAVILLION RATED LOW & NOT RECOMMENDED. WORSE: I must go through intermidable, repeated Microsoft Log Ins, Keys, etc. I CIULD NIT GET A HOME PAGE FOR DAYS, 12+ HOURS! ALL BECAUSE OF MICROSOFT DEMANDS. NO HOW TO USE PSMPLHET ENCLOSED. TOO MANY DIFFERENT PASSWORDS REQUESTED. I'D NEVER, EVER PURCHASE A HP AGAIN. Even getting GEEK SQUAD PHONE HELP FAILED. GEEK SQUAD GUY EVEN SAID THIS HP IS VERY UNNECESSARILY DIFFICULT! We could only get a few parts working. But main NEEDS TO DOWNLOAD: TURBO TAX, QUICKEN, Microsoft gas made almist impossible! I'm in Chronic Pain. I cannot spend 5 hours to keep hav I ng MICROSOFT INTERFERE WITH what SHOULD BE EASY, STRAIGHT FORWARD ACTIONS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANY HP LAPTOP AFTER MY EXPERIENCE. I needed Backlit Keyboard, NO NUMERIC KEYBOARD, 13-14" Laptop, EASY ON & OFF. NO SPECIAL FINGERPRINT, NOR FACIAL RECOGNITION. There was NO WARNING THAT MICROSOFT WOULD REPEATEDLY DEMAND INTERMINABLE, NEW STEPS TO FIN, INSTALL NEW APPS. Am UNABLE TO GET APPS ONTO HOMPAGE FOR EASY ACCESS. MICROSOFT DEMANDS VERY UNNECESSARY & INTERUPTIVE STEPS TO GET THIS LAPTOP TO OPERATE. I've had 3 Sony Vaios since 2006. Each were easy, Long Battery Life with SIMPLE EASY TO GET TO GO WHERE I WANTED. BANKS, DOWNLOAD TO FINANCIALS, TURBO TAX. I ALSO DID PURCHASE OFFICE FOR THE SONYs. I refuse to pay MS 360 EACH YEAR FOR A SUBSCRIPTION FOR MS OFFICE. I want 1 MS OFFICE. EVERYTHING IS UNNECESSARILY CONVOLUTED & COMPLICATED. UNABLE TO GET TO WORK BECAUSE OF MICROSOFT INTERRUPTIONS & DEMANDS. WISH I COUKD AFFORD TO THROW AWAY. EVEN HAVING GEEK SQUAD COME INTO MY HOME TO SET UP COMPUTER DID NOT HELP. HE KEPT DOING HIMSELF, THUS NOT ALLOWING ME TO VIEW SO I COULD REPEAT IF NECESSARY. PREVIOUS GEEK SQUAD GUYS ON OTHER MACHINES WERE BETTER INSTRUCTURERS. TOTALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!

I purchased this item as a gift for my Granddaughters Birthday. She loves it, and so do I. I always rely on Best Buy when I am going to purchase electronics. and they always come through for me. Plus, the Geek Squad is great.

This is a great laptop/tablet. Perfect for my new business and using on the go. Good storage to get you started and great functionality! The touch screen is really convenient as well!

The battery on this laptop only last about five hours. Less, if you're using Alexa. Than two hours. Gets really hot while in use. So forget about putting it in tabet mode.

Pretty dam fast, the best touch screen I've had and the keyboard maybe not the best but very comfy on its category. Sometimes gets hot but nothing to worry about, sounds quiet.

This holds up for meetings, school, work items Nd entertainment. Im 8 months into ownership and will agree that its definitely worth the money. Clear camera, microphone, picture quality and all the other computery stuff works great.

I replaced my old HP laptop and I have no regrets. Still my best buy yet.

So far so good. This is used for my 3rd graders virtual school. Good speed, Ok size. Would prefer bigger but with larger screen comes heavier weight. So size is great for a 3rd grader.

Quality Laptop for a great price. Just used as a "public computer" at our museum...for presentations, etc. Perfect for this without spending a fortune. Appreciate having HP product.

It was a gift and person really liked the color , display , speed . Bit lagging in RAM but overall ok . wanted small with touch and foldable so completes the checklist.

This new Touchscreen Laptop is great. It's fast ands easy to use. I love the touchscreen, but it is taking some getting used to

Very very nice laptop. And we got it at a sale price. The battery life isnt as long as i would like it to be but for all the bells and whistles this laptop has, thats minor.

Good laptop but….cannot upgrade this model yourself at all. Ram is soldered in so u want to upgrade to 16? U can’t unless u buy different model.
