I like this HP laptop so much that it is my second one! I like the size, as larger than 14" becomes uncomfortable and really isn't a laptop. This laptop is relatively quiet and doesn't run the fan all the time; HP is my go to brand for computers.

My grandson received this for Christmas he loves it. Said it works very well, he is a senior in high school and taking college courses with this computer. He has always been a great student. Wanted to make sure he has what he needs for his studies.

I replaced my 8-year-old laptop with the pavilion 360 and amazed how much faster and smooth operating the new tech is. vary happy with it and touch screen is a nice extra

i really like the hp computers i bought my previous hp at Best Buy in New Jersey about 13 years ago and if the hinge didnt break i would probably still be using it, its a great product and a great place to buy electronics.

A little slower starting up than expected but definitely faster than my old one. Haven’t used it a lot yet to try out all the features. Love the size and light weight.

Bought for wife. She loves the size and the speed. We got this because her other computer did not have backlit keyboard. She is really liking this new computer.

Lightweight, functional and the touchscreen helps make this a nice portable business laptop. It runs all of the productivity software you would need.

Very happy with this laptop so far. Still getting used to smaller model since I've always had 15'6" laptops with keystroke pads. I do miss that feature. Sometimes can seem a bit slow but may me my wifi connection.

Although this computer is new, the battery truly diesnt last. It almost needs to be connected after 1 use. Horrible battery!

I love the laptop. It was important to me to have USB ports, and this has the new and the old ones. The keyboard is nice--I have the flexibility of typing fast, but it also works like a tablet (I can type on the screen).

I can't complain as it literally has everything I need to work remotely. It is fast and efficient and a bonus to that is that it's very light and thin.

This HP computer was a great deal for my son who is starting college next year. I have an older model like it and it has served me well, so I wanted to get a reliable computer for my son, we went with the updated one.

Works fine, no issues. Fast for what I need, excellent on zoom. Enjoy the touch screen and the size is just right for what I use it for.

I really love this laptop! It’s a huge step up from my almost 10 year old touchscreen HP. Fast, runs games well, and connects to my air pods. I got this while it was on sale for $529 not including tax. The only bad thing (im not lowering the stars because it’s not HP’s fault) was that I bought this to pickup and they canceled the order. So I drove to the Best Buy I was supposed to pick up at and they said they have 5 in stock and don’t know why my order was canceled. I used the same card to pay for the laptop in store that I did online so money wasn’t the issue.
