Vert fast laptop, great light-up keyboard, and excellent screen display.....just wish the battery life lasted a little bit longer.

HP Pavilion laptop is a great little computer! It’s fast and the perfect size! I’m not sold on the windows 11, but I’m sure I’ll get used to it.

Amazing laptop and 360 turn is very smooth. I was looking for this only. Easy to purchase from best buy. Also received additional offer for anitvirus and youtube subscription.

The screen goes black while I'm working on it - it could be the software or the type of applications I'm using. But I've never had this issue with other laptops (I've owned 3 HP Spectres before this). HP support ran some diagnostics and said it was not the hardware, and they want to reinstall the software, for which I need to use a flash drive in a working computer to upload to the Pavillion. Seems like a lot, given that it really should work -- it's brand new. I may return it.

This is a nice laptop. The only thing is the volume. Sometimes it’s hard to hear and the volume doesn’t go up that loud.

Overall I like it. It does get hot if you hold it on your lap and battery life isn't as long as I would like but every thing else seems solid,

Good value for a Chromebook if it's only used for word processing, email, and internet searches. Basic and easy to use. Size isn't great- heavy and large.

Needed an updated laptop for my grandson. I have owned HP laptops over the years. After researching this laptop, I decided to buy it for him. It is a nice machine that does everything he needs for his work.

This is a nice product and worth its cost. Lightweight and can be used as a tablet too. Convenient for students to carry in their bags.

Very fast laptop for multi tasking and the graphics are perfect…battery last around 8-9 hours which is “okay” but besides that it’s great

Bought for my grandson to use in school. He is thrilled with it. Getting the job done. He's been using it for almost a year now with no issues.

I'm a first time user of HP but I must say for price it well worth the money. I was impressed with the speed and clarity of the the screen. It diffidently is not a carom book, much better and has some wait unlike my old computer. I do not know why they did not add a extra USB. With out a DVD play & burner it dose, limit you to how much you can plug in. The power source Battery has a long life like 4 or 5 hours.

Great touchscreen for college student who wants small touchscreen. Easy set up. In store Tech very knowledgeable & helpful as well.

This laptop is performing very well for me. It is smaller and lighter than my previous laptop, but performs much better.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it!! Good build quality and well built. Has every port the average person should want and need. Screen is full HD and is very saturated with color. Good viewing angels and good keyboard, backlit also which is very nice to have. Touch screen and folds in different ways for various viewing angels. Battery life is decent and can also carry via the Type C port so you don't necessarily have to use the factory charger. Is upgradeable with more Ram and NvMe SSD if needed. Highly recommend.

Excellent and powerful laptop. My wife's previous laptop completely died. She needed a new one ASAP. After much research, we decided on this laptop. It not only has all the bells and whistles she needed, it is efficient, quick and powerful. Great value for the money!
