    Love this computer! Smaller than my previous laptop but so much better. Super fast and has everything I need. I could have been talked into a muchore expensive laptop, but the salesperson told me I really didn't need to. Very grateful.

    I've had the computer for several weeks now and have been quite pleased with it so far. It is very fast and has a good amount of storage. My only complaint is that the fingerprint reader no longer recognizes my print; even when I reset it, it works for only a few days.

    Really like my new computer. However, within two weeks of purchase it wouldn't turn on. Had to take it back to store and it was fixed in less than 1/2 hour. Tech said that the battery wasn't charging even though the computer said it was. Tech said it is problem with Colorado power!

    so far perfect computer and best choice ever! i asked for a suggestion and they said HP was a great computer. the geek squad came and set up everything with all the apps requested by me when they came. The touch screen is amazing and the operating system is very user friendly.

    Purchased to replace an older HP laptop. Will have to purchase a sd card reader because it only has a slot for a micro sd card, The laptop gets hot when you are using it when it is plugged up to charge the battery.
