    Purchased to replace an older HP laptop. Will have to purchase a sd card reader because it only has a slot for a micro sd card, The laptop gets hot when you are using it when it is plugged up to charge the battery.

    Put in five months of having my laptop started overheating barely used it and also now it needs to have the battery pack replaced also went into Best Buy. They refused to help me. Manager offered me some $200 a year program and said that was the only way he can exchange it for another one if I signed up for it I asked him for a district manager number he refused was trying to get a hold of a district manager. They told me to call the one 800 number was useless. I spoke to multiple people they cannot help me. It is impossible to get in touch with anybody in the corporate offices with Best Buy, but stay away from this laptop.

    We haven't used it that much yet, but so far this has been everything that we need. The touchpad is a little sensitive, but I'm sure we'll get used to it, or just use a mouse. The speed and operations have been as good as I hoped. It was definitely worth the sale price of $530.

    I purchased this product to replace another laptop. I have been pleased with it so far. Display is nice and bright, the size is easy to travel with and the screen is responsive. SO far it has been able to handle being my main device as I work from home.

    This computer has everything you need! Powerful yet small enough to carry around with you. Light weight. Its amazingly fast, bright screen, oh and did I mention it has a backlite keyboard. You can't go wrong with this one!!! It makes my job so much easier.

    This computer is lightning fast compared to my old laptop it replaced. It was easy to set up, and I like that it came with windows 11 already loaded on it. The price was also decent, as I bought it during Black Friday. So far I am very happy with it.
