    the laptop is pretty good. it is fast. i am still trying to figure out the mouse and how to use it on any and all screens and situations (that is my problem not yours). the big problem i have with it is that you have to have it plugged in to an electric outlet all the time every time. if you don't have it plugged in, it will work maybe 1 to 2 hours. this is real disappointing. i now have to research the possibility of adding an external battery. this was a BLACK FRIDAY purchase so i got it a very good price.

    I bought this laptop during the black Friday deal. This is my second laptop which I bought in hp brand. My previous one gave me the problem (very slow). However, the present one so far working in very good condition.

    Overall, it is good. Much faster than my old laptop. Less happy with new software, e.g. Windows 11. It does not have same print commands as my Windows 10 on my old laptop.

    Bought on advice from best buy tech guys, it was to be used for my kids college work. No problems so gar and he is pleased with its boot up time , and how it performs.

    This is and okay laptop. Im not impressed with the price for features uts missing. I wish i would of looked around longer. The on screen signature never seems to work to smoothly. Not to happy with this prduct I'm surprised its an HP product.
