I’ve had Apple laptops, and HP desktops, but I must admit , This HP laptop is the best computer I’ve ever invested in. The advisor at Best Buy we’re more than helpful. I give this HP laptop 5 stars.

Bought this for my 15 year old for Christmas. She loves it! The features are up to date & the computer is so easy to use! It has a great amount of memory. 10/10 would recommend.

I bought this laptop open box and The system is slowly and the battery life is badly i don't like because the battery die fast.

This is a nice notebook with all the features you would want including a backlit keyboard. Only problem I had was the battery wouldn’t calibrate and I had to get a new one fro HP under warranty

Easy set up. I love that the keyboard lights up when typing - also, the option to touch the screen. Perfect for everyday use. Would recommend.

Great laptop! All the basic functions I needed and it’s so light. The sleekness of it allows me to carry it anywhere and the versatility is great. Flip it to tablet mode and back to business.

I am still getting use to the quickness of the programs. It is a little different than the one I have been using. But I really like it. I can use a mouse or touch screen.

Awesome pc but I highly recommend you to buy it on sale because you don’t wanna buy 8gb ram for full price while you can get 16 gb on that price

Awesome laptop! Little but has a bigger keyboard than I expected. Easy to use from the start and I don't regret spending the money. I can now use my Cricut with ease!

So far so good, too soon to give review. Bought my dell from best buy last yr and after 1 yr it’s practically useless, waste of $650
