It's a bit slow for the price. The display is also not great

Had to buy a laptop table accessory with a built-in pillow to avoid burning my lap. Upgraded to Windows OS Pro but memory limitations prevented me to use Hyper V.

It does what I need it to do. I am very thankful to the sales agent who helped me select this PC. I needed it quickly to continue with my studies. Thank you!

I overall love the computer! Love that I can use it as a laptop and a tablet. Very convenient when wanting to watch a movie in bed or making baking in the kitchen. Battery life is great too! Will be letting family and friends know about this laptop!

Original purchase the touch screen didn’t work and screen would black out. Swapped it out for a new one and it works great. Perfect size and great features

I originally purchased the Envy, but really wanted a silver pad, not black - Lucky for me, when I went back to pick up the Envy after having things transferred, the silver Pavillion was on Sale that had Not been the week before. So Happy the employee told me that I could exchange and get the one I really wanted!

Overall, I think the laptop is okay... I'm not a real fan of Win 11 but I'll get used to it. It won't read my microSD card unless I restart the laptop... Why is that??? My biggest disappointment is the battery life... It only lasts about 3 hrs... That really sucks. I do like the new style of battery connector. My old HP had the USB C charging port and it quit working, That's why I bought this one to replace it...

Bought this laptop for daily use at home. It has touch screen, enough space to store photos , files. Nice laptop for regular use at home.

The battery life is not as long as it said in the instructions does not last long. Now I have like a bag in my room was that bad though

Have always liked HP computers. This is a good buy, performs as expected. Only one issue, the battery does not seem to hold a charge for very long.

I got this computer for my daughter. I generally like HP laptops, and this is no exception. Everything I could ask for at a fairly reasonable price.

Bought it so could multitask. I’ve had for a while. Now it is overheating all the time. The mouse is messing up because of overheating. You’re on it for about 20 minutes and it starts overheating. Took it in to the geek squad but they said everything was ok.

Was easy to setup. I replaced a laptop that was older than I care to admit. So my new is so shiny & fast. I got this for casual, personal use.

Good multifunctional laptop. Would’ve given 5 stars if the battery lasted as advertised. However what I use it for is good.

Great value for your money! This is an inexpensive but very reliable laptop. I love the speed and resolution for the kind of work I do.

I had no high expectations about the laptop, I bought it for my nephew but I ended buying a new one for myself. 8GB RAM plus 512 GB SSD is a good combination together with an Intel i5. the Graphic processing is doing great for most of the programs I use (I am not using the laptop for gaming or adavanced graphic-design software though). Autocad works quite fine, so other engineering-oriented software. It comes with some features I don't use but it's never bad having them... you could bend it 360º and it has touch-screen display.

An excellent laptop. Absolutely no complaints. With 512 GB SSD, touch screen and i5 Intel chip, this is an absolute bargain.
