    Low on RAM and more importantly NOT UPGRADABLE. I would not have bought this if I had known. BestBuy page clearly suggests it has DDR4 RAM which are upgradable, but that is INCORRECT information.

    Laptops are new to me, so I have trouble with fat-finger issues. Because the touchscreen is active at the same time as the keyboard, careless bumps of the fingers on the screen changes windows and causes other disturbances while trying to work. Otherwise, it operates as designed. I bought it primarily for showing PowerPoint at meetings. For serious computer work, I use my big computer at home; which, incidentally, I'm using to write this review.
