Do Not Buy

The fan runs all the time…it only takes about 5 minutes for it to overheat and the fan to pump on full blast. It was on sale which should have been my first clue that it was crappy.

Disappointed with HP

I have had this laptop for a little over 2 months and really have not used it that much because I mainly use my work laptop during the day. Mainly on the weekends, so it sees light use. Well I opened it last night and Noticed I couldn't use the touch screen feature. Turns out I see a spider crack on the screen Starting near the the screen stamp logo and spiders up. I have not abused, dropped or used a stylus on this laptop. The fact is I don't always use the touchscreen but it was nice to use. Anyway, I contacted HP - that was pretty useles as they seem to believe it is the result of accidental damage. From other reviews on other websites, I have found this is an issue. Seems like a stress fracture. HP wants $600 to fix and told me it will be as good as new. Um, not a good thing to say since this is new! Way to stand behind your product HP. I will not be buying another HP product again.
