Does everything I need. Helpful associate zeroed in on what laptop would be the best fit. Only thing I find I miss from my old laptop is the separate number pad which helps when entering numbers. It is not critical but I do find I miss it.

It's "OK", nothing to really get excited about though.

The computer works well for the most part but every time it starts to overheat (quite often) it shuts down.

I bought this laptop for my CS major first year college student to be able to take notes in class. Bought a Uofa but the casing was plastic too flimsy. This casing is heavier and with aluminum , more solid. That’s why we decided to keep. Hope the hinges will last since it’s a convertibles

Everything is just great except the battery life. Hp should focus on increasing the battery life from approximately 3 hours

Ordered this laptop online, received in timely manner. Packaging was proper and no damage. Not very happy with the information transfer, in fact, it was not performed. Data was on a zip drive tho. The five stars are for the product only.

Purchased for a birthday present. Computer was locked with someone else’s info. This was fixed by Geek Squad. Now mouse is locked up and battery only last for 1 hour.

Great computer. I had the previous version and upgraded. The keys are easy to press, although sometimes my wrist will hit the mouse pad and move the cursor which is annoying. Other than that I have no complaints. Used for school and personal.

Excellent combination of speed and memory for an old-timer who strives to keep up to date without complications. Will be used multipurpose confident in its performance. Sleek, ease of use with strong performance capacity. Very pleased.

Great little laptop, boots up extremely fast. The 8GB model has enough ram to do most multitasking. The display doesn’t get extremely bright so something to consider.

good overall. However, all of the basic Windows 11 software was not set up and we've been unsuccessful to get everything working. The Windows Hello face recognition is not working and can't get it working.

I bought this laptop for my daughter. I bought the exact model for her four years ago and she loved it so much she asked that I get her the newer model since the old one was no longer working well. She loves this laptop.

Ive had it for exactly a year and it died would not even turn on yet ive used it only a handful of times.

so far, we love our new computer. We did have to purchase a cd read/write attachment for this one which was built into our last laptop. We are an older couple so we are still adjusting to micro soft 11.

I like the hp but I wish I had purchased one with a bigger screen. The salesperson was very helpful making sure I got the most memory for my purposes. All in all I’m happy with my purchase

I bought this laptop on 3/2022. A month later it broke down, went blank couldn't do nothing. I took it back to the store, they told me that they could not replace it, and as a courtesy they will send it back to the manufacturer. they replaced a part of the computer, but I still have issues with the power and the light on the keyboard works sometimes. I am very, very disappointed.
