HP laptop was at a very good price. Very fast and a great picture. Personnel at the pick-up desk were professional and friendly.

I was looking to replace an older HP laptop that I have had for 5+ years, mostly because the battery on it is shot and there is some cosmetic damage to the screen. I needed a new laptop for college and basic internet usage. I bought this laptop in April and have had nothing but problems with it. It is terribly slow. It is constantly running hot. Every time I try to use OneNote since I've first purchased this laptop, it freezes and I have to shut it down. The whole reason I bought a 2 in 1 was to be able to download my notes for school and use One Note. My old laptop can have multiple tabs open with no problem and this one seems to freeze if I have a couple. This laptop is a complete waste of money. It is junk that I am now stuck with because I spent hundreds of dollars on it. I wish I had never wasted my money on this and just bought a new battery for my old one.

Works fantastic amazing startup very fast works very well and I didn't know this but I can actually connect it to my Roku.

I like this computer, I just wish they had put a better battery in it. Advertised with a battery that lasts up to 8 hours. The most I have gotten is 3 hours, and that is with optimized settings. The battery even discharges while the computer is off. I ran three tests and all results were the same. Fully charged the battery, shut down computer and let it stay off for 7 days. When powered up the battery was between 30 and 33% each time. I contacted HP support and they told me it is normal battery function for this device, so there is nothing they can do to help me.

It performs as a laptop is designed to, but it will never be a desktop system. All in all, it is a good product, I would recommend it to anyone.

I have purchased several HP computers over the years. None have me such a disappointing experience that I had to return it, until this one. It is slow, which is strange considering its i5 Intel CPU, and SSD drive. The touch screen is more annoying than useful. Its touted as a "2 in 1" but honestly does neither job well. The worst thing was it wouldn't hold a charge. It drained so quickly it had to be on a charger at all times. Add to that the NOT SO OBVIOUS fact that it could not be upgraded, or the internal battery replaced, it was a no brainer to take it back for something superior.

Just got this laptop. Everything's perfect, but the laptop gets quite overheat within the just 10 minutes of use(not even heavy use, just simple use). What is the solution to that, because this is not something nice.

Great computer for the price!! Love that it’s a touchscreen and also the backlit keyboard is awesome to have!! Would buy again!

Received laptop in good condition, no damage. Charged the battery to full. It starts up pretty quick and nice clear graphics. The only issue is the battery. It doesn't last too long, maybe 3 hours top. Each day will loose 10% of power if you don't turn it on. I even disabled the quick start up and still the same... drawing too much juice even shut down when not using it.
