Not sure what the problem was but it would not install on a WinXP Pro.system. Could not use the disk, had to do the online install. That was a bit of a pain.... but doable.

Very nice printer and easy to set up. HP quality! Only issue I had was the auto IP for wireless in printer didn't like my router. After googling the issue have it perfect

We like this printer. It is a good printer for the money spent. We can print photos, although we haven't yet, and it will print envelopes. Our old printer would leave a black line across an envelope if we put it in the printer.

Good printer for the price. Only comes with a starter set of ink which does not last long. You'll need to purchase a full set of ink cartridges along with this printer which adds to the initial cost.

Setup was quick and easy. This printer is much faster than the HP printer I had purchased only a few years ago. I love working in one room, then printing out in the next room without carrying my laptop to the printer. Picture printing is also very good.

I use my printer at home to print photos and docs. I had trouble with it print out from the internet. Found out it will not work with explore 10. Also will not work to print out coupons Still trying to figure this out.

Got it on sale at a good price.Seems to work as advertised.Made it through tax season no problems so far.And build quality is good.I would buy again.Hope this helps.

For Home use, this printer is good enough value wise. The only thing that I see that is a little bit on the down side is the ability to stock more paper on the tray. I hope it does not bother us when printing a lot.

It continues to work well for me. The only challenges I have had is that one of my computers doesn't like to connect wirelessly to it. The rest of my computers do just fine. not printers fault I think.

This is my 3rd HP printer in about 15 years (seems 5 years is the max I can get out of one). It has all the features I need - print, scan, copy. Color is very good. I'm very pleased.

The printer has individual print cartridges for red, yellow, blue and black. This is a good feature because you don't always use up the ink when you have a printer with a combination print cartridge. The scanner does a great job as well

This is my 3rd HP printer over the last 5 years. I've had no problems with them at all. I love the way I can email to it and have the pictures print out. I'm very very happy with it.

I bought this to replace an hp 5510e which died on me so i got the hp 6520 and so far it has not let me down it does print very reliable wired or wirelessly and the scanner part is your tipical everyday scanner!

We bought this printer because our printers never last. This one was great for the price and we purchased the 2 year replacement warranty at a small cost. It has a lot of options that we have not even tried yet!

Best Buy offered $50 off this printer when I purchased my new ASUS laptop. Couldn't pass up the deal as I have been wanting a wireless for about a year now. I'm very happy with this one.

this printer is far better than my old printer that was about 6 years old. technology has come a long way since . So far I like all of the things I have tried.

I use this via WIFI from MacBooks and it works great. I bought this one because my last on started having repeating issues after a nasty paper jam. This one does not even show any of the acceptable artifacts I was seeing with the older one.

In order to get the sharpness level you want you need to set the sharpness level higher. It takes experimenting. Otherwise, once you get the hang of it, this is a very good printer, especially for the price..

Once I got this printer set up, I've loved every minute of using it. Set up shouldn't be too hard for one whose more tech-savvy. Keep in mind I think that anyone is more tech-savvy than me these days;)

So far I have enjoyed my printer, I was able to install it my self, which at 71 I didn't think I would be able to do. But it was easy and I got it installed
