Only had for short time, but easy to use and very easy to set up. Love the wireless connection. I have sat on my couch on lower floor and printed upstairs in my office.

I like that it was easy to set up and easy to connect to wifi. I like how easy it is to get to features.

This printer is great. The view screen is very helpful when you need to "see" where to do something-you don't just have words to follow. Can even print from my phone!!!

This all- in -one is a great value for those of us with little "cyber" expertise. It does do everything they say, and for a great price..

Its a very nice printer but I bought a Envy computer and I wish at the time of purchase the salesman would have offered me that printer instead of the printer he did. I would have perfered to have the matching set.

We brought thus printer to print from our ipads. We have other printers but no other air printers. We like this printer so much we have made it our primary and the other is just a backup.

I was looking for an HP all-in-one printer that had WiFi and wasn't too expensive. This printer was on sale and it's been great. Scan to email feature is very nice. Overall, great purchase.

Went to Sams Club and found it 80 dollars cheaper. A good value at that price. Prints fine but does not work with older operating system.

This printer didn't last me long cause, I mess up when a paper got jam up.

I liked this printer because it also has a spot for photo paper. It makes a loud noise when it prints and it seems slow but the price was good for the product and the colors are great.

Second purchase of the same machine. Previous mechine stopped working after one year. Disappointed no alternative but to purchase new.

Purchased this printer for my mother. She likes it but it has jammed on her once and she is having a difficult time loading the paper. Other than that great printer for the price.

My main problem with this printer so far is that I sometimes have trouble finding it on the network. The resolution is to turn off wireless and turn it back on when this happens. It would seem from other posts on the internet that having this printer too close to my wireless router may be part of the problem. If this printer had an Ethernet connection, I would use that and then this wouldn't be an issue. I would also prefer more paper handling options, but only one tray seems to be the norm on similar (including competitors) models.

Very fast in printing. Quality of print is very good. The case acts like very cheap plastic.

I am happy with the printer - was on sale so price was right. I'll buy no more than 2 XL sets of ink, then I'll buy a new printer - it's cheaper than buying more ink. Best Buy is and always will be my #1 store.

I recommend this printer for anyone doing light to medium printing. I believe that I received a faulty black ink cartridge and thus far, that is the only downside to this purchase.

Bought this printer to replace my old HP. Great printer and uses less ink than my old one. The only thing I miss is that it has no fax. Hard to find a printer that makes great photos and has a fax feature.

The price of this printer was great. The speed not so much. I knew it was slower when I purchased it, but this printer is really slow. The e-print feature doesn't work very well for me either. Many times I set a document to print, and it just disappears. I have to go back in and print it again or save it to my desktop and try to print it later. Since I have started using this printer, I have to reset my router more often.

Your in house sales girl showed me that it could bluetooth print directly from my iphone and now we have have hundreds of pictures of our grand kids and a few others of other folks!
