Once connected this printer performed perfectly. Fast, efficient and quiet. An excellent buy for the money. I would recommend it to anyone whether using it for personal use or for business.

Received as a Christmas present. Nothing too fancy but gets the job done. Beats hooking up my laptop to print. Only negative is that the wifi connection is slow.

The printer is currently performing well. The problem is that after only two weeks of use the printer completely quit working. This quick failure has me concerned. Best Buy was very cooperative in the replacement and the new one works fine. Time will tell.

The Canon rep was in the store when I purchased this printer I told him I would be using it in the office for documents. He assured me the cost of the ink would be very cheap and the quality of prints would be great. I went this weekend to purchase ink and it was the package with all of the colors except one (gray) and my printer is still prompting me to replace the ink. Very unhappy with this product.

A little noisy when printing and does not hold a lot of paper to print on. Print quality is very good to excellent.

its nice how it connects to the wifi and all. but the photo quality isnt good so will get a different printer instead.

I've only had it for a short time but it works well and has good print quality. I don't use it heavily so I don't know how long ink lasts but that would affect my overall satisfaction.

Decent printing but this printer routinely loses communication with router. The result is that it has to be powered off, then on again before it prints. I have to do this for almost every print job. HP suppport is nothing short of ignorant and useless. HP went from bringing premium products with great support, to bug-laden products with lackluster support. This is the last HP printer I will buy.

I don't use it everyday but so far it has been pretty easy to use and I like all the extra options it offers.

THIS WAS OUR FIRST WIRE-LESS PRINTER. EASY TO INSTALL AND EASY TO USE. PRINT QUALITY IS VERY GOOD TO EXCELLENT. DID NOT FIND ANY NEGATIVES YET. SEEMS TO BE A GOOD VALUE FOR THE PRICE.

MY OLD PRINTER WAS OLD OLD OLD. . . LOVE THE NEW PRINTER THE COPIES, AND ESPECIALLY THE PHOTOS. . I AM 67 YRS OLD.. NOT INTO COMPUTERS TOO MUCH. . BUT HAVE ENJOYED THIS PRINTER. . .

I replaced my printer because the old one lasted only a year...hope this one is longer than that!

I hate learning new and complicated technology. That is exactly what is happening with this printer. It is more complex than I need, has more functions than I will ever use. It is also less compatible than I was told I have had to reload the software once and updates sometimes stops communication between the computer and printer! This hp should NOT be used with a Dell.

I got this printer as an add on when I purchased my new Macbook Pro. I really like the e-print feature so that I could print directly from my cell phone using the bluetooth feature.

Document print quality is on par with most any comparable product. Photo prints are very good. The printer often disconnects from the wifi network, however, and must be turned off for a short time and turned back on in order to reconnect. Turning the printer's radio on and off does not solve the problem. This defeats the network feature of the machine in that printing cannot be accomplished remotely without making a brougham visit to the printer to get the process started.
