HP has a long time name based on quality products and it does everything we need plus we'll even be able to set up to print from our mobile phones too!

Over all a great buy. I set it up in less than an hour. The only thing bad about it, it doesn't have a tray to catch the copies.

Very good printer for the price, prints high quality documents and pictures. Also it was very easy to hook up and can print off all of our devices.

I didn't need a printer with fax capabilities, so this one is perfect for my needs. Great price made purchase even better.

Really love this printer. Love that I can print from my IPhone and IPad. So far the ink use isn't bad.

I am disappointed that ink cartridges do not last longer. My old HP I could get 100 pictures out of a cartridge. I am down to 35 on this one.

Good Value for the money. I used my Kodak for years and sorry to have to replace it. But feel this one is a good exchange.

Not crazy about the individual colored ink cartridges. Don;t seem to last too long and expensive..

Easy to hook up to WiFi. I can print from my iPhone.

Only had this printer for a short while. so far works as good as any other printer. Dose not hold enough paper at one time.

Relatively easy to set up and get working right out of the box. Shakes a desk when printing if the desk is not secure.

I am a student and print alot of paper per month. This allows me to do it and subcribe to ink on line. I never run out.

had another HP printer (5100) which used 564 ink. that printer died (black ink wouldnt work, seems a common problem with that one). even though it was only a year and a half old it was out of warranty and trash but i had over 100 bucks of ink a bought. so long story short i had to buy a printer that same ink or i'd be out another 100. hope this black ink problem doesnt effect this one too.

We think it is a great printer/copier/scanner. As indicated, when we figure out how to set up its fax capabilities, we will be more than pleased.

We bought this printer with the purpose of higher quality prints. We get better prints from the Photosmart C4780. It is pretty much relegated to documents-which we could have done with the printer we had. The 6520 is pretty much a paperweight at this point.

After initial setup printer devepoled a problem. Best Buy replaced printer with a new one and have no problems since.

Needs more instructions on set up, even the ink cartridges were different from former hp ones I used before .Once set up, it does a great job.

The first one wouldn't stay connected to my computer. The g.s. At best buy couldn't get it to work so they changed it out with a new one.
