I have owned this make of printer before. The last one lasted 4 years. If this one does, I will be happy with it.

We had a previous HP printer that we liked and decided to stay with the same. we are pleased with this one so far.

This printer is a good value for the price. The wireless feature works well. I don't like the paper tray design.

Generally okay, only fault is the photo printing with the tray, which is not explained on how to actually use.

All around great home printer. Prints very nice photos. Love thar it will Print right from my phone. Love the wireless features as well.

great printer for people on the go. Being able to print from mobile devices is great. Set up did take a while, there were a lot of steps.

We have had trouble adjusting the print quality on this printer. We've had to remove an re-insert the ink cartridges several times for it to work as the Self-diagnostics that are a part of the printer have not helped. We are hoping that since this was a clearance item that maybe the ink cartridges sat in the box a long time and with the purchase of new ones the quality will improve.

When I add a sheet of 11 X 8.5 paper it immediately jams a piece of paper in the bottom of the machine. WHY?

Took me awhile to find the right one but it solved my problems.

I have had paper problems with my other HPs, but this feeds the paper with a tray and works great. Happy so far...

Anxious to try all of the features it offers. So far, I am thrilled with this printer. It looks nice on my desk and I love the black color.

Great printer. Easy to setup and easy to use. Can print from the computer, laptop, and iPhone.

The instructions are poor. They assume the buyer is very savvy. It took me two days to find the on-off button.

Love the double sided printing!! I make copies of my daughter's homework so she can redo it if she needs without a ton of eraser marks.

This is the third HP printer that I have purchased, and I am happy with the overall quality of its features.
