Good printer but e fax a little complicated. Fax function should work as easily as a typical phone fax

I have a HP Fax which has served me well, and I am sure that my HP Printer will serve me just as we'll.

I needed a replacement printer similar to what I had before. This one is even better. I am able to e-fax with this one!

This is my second HP wireless printer for my home. I have another one set up with my wife's computer. No problems with hers.

I would recommend this to any family! I was able to set everything up (desktop, laptop, ipad, ipods) in less than an hour.

The wireless functionality for scanning has been on again and off again. Have called HP and just don't like the restart solution. My expectation is that it always works. Not sure why the printer, ink amounts, and other status are all connected, but just lose the ability to scan wirelessly. I wouldn't not recommend this, but I wouldn't recommend it either.

I use my printer daily. Just wish the ink was cheaper and combined in one ink cartridge for all colors----and one for black!

The printer was easy to set up. Remote prinitng, even from our tablets was a really great feature!

Sometimes the printer responds normally and sometimes I have waited until the next day for the printout. The controls are arranged in such a way that I have a hard time seeing them from where I sit with my computer. I am able to scan wirelessly compared to my last wireless printer that would not respond to "scan" unless I plugged in directly from my computer.

I love my new printer, happy I bought it. Thank You Best Buy. I will only buy future electronic devices from Best Buy.

It is good all in one printer. It has a lot of features and it work perfectly.

Previous HP printer for similar price allowed me to use land line for faxing. This one requires use of an internet service provider. When I tried to get it set up, the internet service kept rejecting my sign up and I kept getting errors. Still don't have faxing capability. Color printing is just ok. Prints are darker and a little different than screen.

Good printer for home use - color better than average, double sided document printing a nice feature.

I have owned h.p. photosmart printers before and they always worked great except for the ink usage

Needed a printer that could do the things I needed printed. Scanner works great as well. Good printer for home usage
