great printer with some networking issues

We got it fixed, but need to re-install printer software. Possibly a more network savvy user wouldn't have had this issue, but it was a pain in the butt for me!

Easy to use, just plug in and turn on.

The only worrisome thing is the grating sound I've heard twice when it swtiches from copy to print mode. It prints fine after that, but I'm not sure whether this is a premonition of something dire to come. Printing is okay, but ratherrrr slow.
