This printer performs as expected for an inexpensive inkjet. It starts printing over the home network fairly quickly, although for this unit the ppm is a bit slow. From past experience these printers really use ink quickly.

Just the printer that fits my needs. Thanks so much

LOVE IT. IT WAS SO EASY TO SET UP AND SO EASY TO USE

I had high hope for this printer and was really excited when I got it for Christmas. It set up easily, I thought. We hoped to use it for a couple laptops, iPhones and an iPad, but it consistently tells me it's 'offline' on the laptops and can't be found for the iPhones or iPads. I was hoping this would make life easy for me and my kids, who need to frequently take quizzes online and print the results, but it seldom works and kicks out the prints out two days later. Not to mention the fact that it eats through printer cartridges. It's already telling me we are low on ink and we've barely been able to print. HP support has been no help. :(

It's a good printer for the price, however the wireless function doesn't seem to work consistently. I've found you need to turn it off and on several times and then attempt to print several times before it actually works.

this printer was given as a gift, I have not used it. It was one of the printers that were suggested to me as meeting the requirements of the person who I gave it to - one need being ability to wi fi pictures for printing

Purchase printer on December 20, 2012. Called for help and wasn't able too get help. Was going to let me talk to a geek guy and got cut off. Tried several times. So far still can't print from iPad. Have been very upsetting.

two trys and both would not work..tried to order new one and site says there is one; but, cannot ship or pick up in store

The scanning feature was difficult to use. I still cannot figure out how to save documents as pdf files. The save as a jpg feature was useless as it was impossible to merge a scanned item into a Word document.

I purchased this printer 3 weeks ago at my local Best Buy store. I noticed that it was a slow printer, After the first week, I began to experience paper jams about every day. I also started receiving error messages when attempting to print. The last straw was when the paper tray came apart while trying to change the paper, Now, all I'm left with is a $150.00 paperweight! NOT HAPPY!!

This is not a printer you want for your office. I think it would make a great home printer for someone who is interested in printing photos. My mistake on not researching better for what I personally needed.

I had the model just below this unit in the past. works ok. burns through ink. but what printer doesn't. I am a casual user. If i wanted to print on a more regular basis this would not be a first choice.
