We Have Gone Through Numerous Printers In Many Price Ranges. This One Will Probably Have A Short Life Also.

it has jammed and uses ink way too fast. I've had hp printers in the past and can't find a good one

I purchased this Printer Thanksgiving Morning and was very excited to get such a good deal on it. I was unimpressed once I opened the box. The protective tape had already come off of the color cartridges. The overall feel of the printer was very 'cheap" and "Chinsy" The paper tray was very loose...I was not impressed and ended up returning the printer

Good printer, I would like the scanning feature to be easier.

Does not operate correctly. Button either don't work or are incorrect. Mus restart continually.

I haven't had a chance to use it much yet. But the small amount I have used I'm satisfied.

It is a good but not great buy. I have had better and worse. My Kodak All in One was my favorite.

Since I installed this printer, my computer crashed and I've had to revert back to original factory settings. This may be related to the fact that I cannot update to Windows 8.1. But if I try to install the HP updates, it locks up my computer. Print quality is OK.

I did research printers before purchasing this printer. I stayed with HP having had an older HP which I had used for almost 10 years for a home office. The quality of the actual hardware and the print quality leave a lot to be desired. I'm seriously considering switching to a different printer. Spend more money and get better equipment.

Over all, I like the flexibility with I have with which duty that I want it to be doing.

While trying to sync the printer to the wireless internet, it was hard to get it to work.

Yes.. It works on wifi, but it would be better if it was on a Bluetooth connection.

Smudges! I've never seen so many smudges. I don't know what's wring with this thing. It also has trouble grabbing one sheet of paper when requesint multiple prints. When printing one copy at a time, it never fouls up. I would not recomend this printer.

Bought this printer for the sole function of AirPrint, which apple gave as a good product rating. Took my wife two days with tech support to properly set up but on a daily basis if I need to print we have to basically reset everything - annoying . We have iphone, iPads etc so we really need this feature. O well

It prints great quality color photographs. A little difficult to set up.

I had the Geek Squad install this printer. It did not function correctly when I tried using it at home. Contacted HP Support and told them about the wrong sizes, perimators when trying to print. They said to return the printer and exchange. I also did not like the ink cartridges necessary to operate.

work much better then the last printer I had. It is just a little to big.

I had to return the item due to problems with the software install.

It works well enough for a home printer and the price was right.
