Using screen is confusing. Hit "GET MORE" and you get four items. The fourth item "Apps touch ? for mote info" -- there is no ?????. Ask the janitor to follow the instructions on the screen; if he/she gets satisfactory results, then I am the idiot . Too often professionals write these instructions and ignore "supposedly minor details" that people like me and the janitor do not know. i.e: On screen, hit Quick Forms; then hit yes to accept; then hit no to auto-update -- why must you be connected wirelessly if you don't want auto updates?

Easy setup and the 3 in one make this a great printer. The print noise is a bit much but not too disruptive.

I purchased this printer to print our wedding invitation suite. It worked great. Easy to set up. Easy to use.

Needed a new printer that could print photos quickly. Love the 4x6" paper tray. Just select a photo from within the software and it resizes it automatically to fit on the 4x6" photo paper. Love this! Easy to install, no issues so far. I've used the scanner feature as well and it's super fast. I haven't used the print from cloud feature yet but I will be trying that out this coming week. For the money it's just a great overall printer. So glad I upgraded.

quick response time from when I click the print button until my print comes out. love it....

It took about a hour to unbox & set up. I had the disc but you have to d/l the drivers & update the software from HP's web site. Some say it took then 15 min. to set up. How? It takes that long to unbox, hook up the cables & d/l the software update. It is a quiet printer, test pages look good.

When I bought this i was thinking it an all-in-one with great reviews. The guy in the store didn't have any knowledge of the wireless faxing, and i just assumed it was another wonder of the internet. however, after i bought it i found out you have to create an acct online they give you a fax number, and you have to pay a monthly fee. we don't do THAT many faxes. I just wanted to spare myself from going to the store every so often. It's going back.

Positive - network printer, quality is nice, prints double-sided

We were very disappointed to discover that the ink supply was exhausted just printing our Christmas letters. I can only imagine how quickly the ink would be used up printing pictures.
