I bought this printer because I needed a wireless one. So far it has worked flawlessly printing photos and documents.

I love this printer!!! It's very easy to use. It has a hilarious 'oh oh' sound when it runs out of paper. They only thing someone might find negative is that it is a bit noisy when it's printing but it is music to my ears because it means it is working!

I really like this printer. I replaced another Photosmart with this one and would not buy anything but HP printers. The print quality is excellent and the wireless feature works great. Scanning and copying are a breeze as well. I highly recommend it.

Replaces a lower level HP printer that was unreliable. Uses the same ink cartridge as our HP photosmart making ink management easier. It has a much more reliable wireless connection and doesn't fail to print or drop documents. Occasional paper jams. Photo quality is satisfactory.

Best Buy associate recommended this printer to compliment my laptop purchase. Set up was pretty easy and quicker that past purchases. Photo quality is awesome and Bluetooth/ E print capabilities eliminates wires. The features are great on this printer,a great value. Can print to this computer from where ever I am.

Compared to my last printer, which was also an HP, this one is faster and so much more quiet! The old one sounded like it was going to take off! The touch screen makes operation easy and saves time. The color on my photos is outstanding -- very clear and crisp. I think this one will save money on toner as well.

The printer is amazing! It has a separate tray for photo paper, and both photos and documents print out beautifully. The screen on the device makes it easy to use different features like scanning, copying, and templates or apps built in or derived from the company website, as well as to control print settings. It's fairly normal and straightforward to set up, and the price isn't too bad. The only problem is it is slow to print because it recalibrates the ink cartridges before every print, and it makes loud noises that sound almost like it's jamming while printing. But if this is the price to pay for such an amazing piece of technology and equally amazing prints, it's definitely worth it! Just make sure you aren't in a huge hurry!

Very easy setup. All devices work well with it...iPhone, iPad , pc.

I thought about buying a more expensive all in one. Sales associate helped me make the right decision. Have not used all the features available but I am very happy with this printer. Had HP before. Great price and so far not disappointed with my decision at all. Can't go wrong with this device.

I bought this printer to replace an older HP all-in-one unit. It was easy to set up and put on the network. The print quality is good. After six weeks of use, we have had no issues with it. It has been stable on the network, as well - not going off-line unexpectedly, like the old one. I'm happy with it.

Great Printer! It prints very good pictures, you easily print from the camera memory, and also from the iPhone or iPad!! Definitely a good product!! Good quality in printing documents also.

Purchased printer because it is wireless and has photo print capabilities. My wife can print wirelessly from the laptop computer instead of emailing documents to my desktop computer for me to print. Great convenience and time saver. Cannot yet assess ink consumption.

I got this printer on 05/24/14 and returned it on 05/28/14. The first one worked great for the first few days. Then when I went to scan some old pictures, it would scan the picture but it also scanned the white on the underneath of the lid. So of course when I went to print a 4x6 photo, there was a tiny picture in the corner and the rest of the 4x6 was blank. I was on the phone with HP support for an hour and nothing was accomplished. I took it back with no problem, but I had to get the same printer of course and that was another mistake. When I got the new one home, I went to set it up and the first thing that messed up was the cartridge holder. It wasn't lined up correctly, it was all the way over on the left side. So i put the ink in there like it was supposed to be and the alignment failed of course. I tested the alignment several times after and each time it failed. I'm so disappointed that this printer doesn't work like it should. Plus the print quality isn't the greatest. I'm going to see if they will take this one back so I can get a totally different one. I would not recommend this printer to anybody!

This is a great, inexpensive all around printer for the price. The photo printer works great with air print for iPhone & iPad. It's also very handy to have the photo paper loaded in a different try so you can air print anytime you want & have photo paper ready to go!

I tried the 6525 of the 6520 series twice from Costco and had to return them both because of multiple feeding and jamming from continued feeding after print jobs were done. Those jams were difficult to reach and pull out because the paper was fed only about 2 inches and had to be pulled out from the tray side. I decided the 6525 must have some design or manufacturing problem, so I'm trying the 6520 from Best Buy. It hasn't had the feeding and jamming problems, but something is wrong, and I'm going to have to go to Best Buy for resolution. After a print job and the 6520 is settling down (parking the ink cartridges?), there is a terrible ratcheting noise. Obviously something is catching or binding.

The Photosmart 6520 is easy to install and use. Have been doing some scrapbooking and the quality of the photo copies is unbelievable. So nice to have the convenience of being able to get such high quality right in my own home.

This was a good buy -- easy to connect. Easy to use with good quality printing.

Extremely pleased with the printer. Out of the box, even the unwrapping has been made easy for the end user. Set up a breeze. Now I can easily print from my iPad and PC very easily. Scanner works well although that's not a reason for me to purchase. I would, and I have, recommended this printer.
