Like the wireless feature and is easy to setup. Can place in obsure place that needs n o cable hookup. Would recommend this printer to anyone, Good value for the money.

Easy to use and link to everything. We can print from desktop,laptop,iPad and iPhones . Prints fast and picture qualify is good. We are very happy with this printer.

Much speedier and, more versatile than anything I've had before. Document printing is fast. A lot of my scanning is of documents and photos for genealogy work. The quality of both is superior to anything I've had to date. Paper feed is a little different and will take some noodling out when I get to printing photos, but I don't see that as any real challenge when the time comes. It's tendency to wake up and cycle itself periodically can be a little startling. No gripes. Again, I like it.

This is a fairly good printer. It's easy to set up and prints quality photos. My only complaint is that it occasionally loses the WiFi connection and we have to manually reconnect it and update the IP address on our computers.

This is my first wireless printer and I would get another one. I needed help setting up but once operational it is easy to use. Looks sharp.

I bought this to replace my HP Photosmart 7560 which drove me batty with its printer prep! The printer would prep for at least 90 seconds for every third print and it was so loud. The entire cartridge carrier cable suddenly snapped smack dab in the middle of a print job! No wonder! The million and one times the printer prepped finally did it in! I love my new printer! It's wireless and The printer prep is quick and occasional. The print quality is great and it came with full size ink!

great wireless printer for the price. also good size so that it fits on my shelf of my office desk. i,d buy another one if i needed it

I have only had this printer for a little while, but setting up the wireless connection to my laptop was easy, the print quality is great, and I like the sleek look.

Easy to setup, pictures color and graphics come out great another feature I like is double sided printing which saves a lot of paper.

Scanning, printing and setup is very easy. Nice features. Only drawback is the finicky paper tray.

Setup was not easy; it became easier once I extracted every trace of the old printer (which was the same brand name) from my laptop first. Huh. No idea why. Install was fairly straightforward at first, though call me old-fashioned, but some printed English text on a sheet of paper (gasp!) would have been nice as well. I've not owned it long enough nor printed enough to comment on whether I think the ink goes a long way, nor have I done enough photos, but for documents it's a great little printer/scanner for not a lot of moolah!

I replaced my older HP all in one printer of similar design, also a photo smart printer. My older one had larger cartridges, and was a 7 color (the photo colors) printer. Skeptical that the color quality is as good, but for a home printer it is really nice. The duplexer works perfect, and the AirPrint is handy with our ipads. I'd go to Sam's for cheap photo prints, but for general print home printers, always go HP.

Best user friendly interface I've had yet. Quality and reliable printing sequence. Produces good quality photo's and text. Is not too bulky, black color is cool.

For a tech novice the set-up was easy if you can read & follow directions. Easy to load paper; good clear print. Haven't tried yet printing a photo or the fax app.

I've only had this printer for a month now, but in that time I haven't had any problems with it. All I have needed to do so far is print things off my computer. It's great to be on my laptop and be able to print whatever I am working on in a matter of seconds. The touchscreen helped a lot when I was setting up. It gave me step-by-step instructions on what I needed to do and even had animation to go along with it. So far, this printer is perfect for what I do.

I now own two of these. I bought the first one about 2-years ago...never a problem. Just bought this one for the folks. Only downside, if any, is it would be nice if the paper tray held more sheets, but perhaps that's the trade off for compact size
