Using this computer for school, it has all the features I need for printing college papers, scanning and copying. Not too bulky for my dorm room. Durable for 2 other roommates to use.

I need to print dispatch orders and copy documents from my IPhone and have limited space in my truck. Not having to find a place to borrow a computer where my 70 truck will fit has made my life on the road easier, more stress free, and saves me a lot of time. I tell all my trucker friends abou it.

Going wireless with a printer is great, as you can print from your phone, this is super for that.

Good Low-Volume Printer for the Money

It's a great printer for a low-volume operation. I wouldn't rely on it for daily volume printing. It uses a lot of ink! The picture quality is good, lots of functions and gadgets, but it seems to lose its internet connection regularly and then reconnects itself.

Have only used the printer for printing documents.I have not used it for anything else. A photo was printed when I was setting up the printer & it was very sharp. Overall performance seemed good.

Great printer! Excellent quality printouts and great hardware for the price. I would prefer a larger scanning bed for it though..

Super easy to set up and use! And I'm an idiot at these things. Love the touch pad and wireless connection. Not so crazy about the individual ink cartridges. Photo print quality was great, but I usually don't print my own pictures.

Didn't need a high value printer and this one fit the bill for the right price. Like the fact that I can plug memory cards right into it to print pictures without having to run them through my computer. My wife uses the wireless feature to print from her iPad.

I was delighted to find a wireless printer that was light enough for me to carry and change locations. The paper feed and ink cartridge materials are rather tricky to set up. Once i got everything put together.i was pleased with the quality of the test print!

very happy over all. my printer died and my son needed to print something for the following day. It took me 30 minutes to drive and get it, bring it home, and another 15 minutes to install and set up all of our devices to work through the wireless function. very pleased with this purchase.

I have used HP products for many years and this (so far) is the best printer I have owned. Can't beat the value. For my purposes it is great. Very easy to set up and seems to be easy on the ink usage. Have had it for three months and still on the ink cartridges that came with the printer.

Bought this printer to replace our old worn out printer. I was wanting a printer that I could centralize in our home and could be used by laptops and phones. The price was good and it was on sale. It was easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is that it has four ink cartilages.

Purchased this printer to replace a lexmark. I compared printer prices plus the price of the cartridges, to ensure overall cost-to-operate. This unit prints, copies, scans fabulously. I really like the two sided print option.

THE PICTURES ARE AWESOME, IT LOOKS LIKE I WENT SOMEWHERE TO HAVE THEM DONE. I DOWNLOADED THE HP PRINTER APP SO I CAN SEND PICTURES AND OTHER THINGS TO THE PRINTER FROM MY PHONE. THE ONLY THING I DONT LIKE IS IT HAS UPDATES.

Had to get help to setup, even though I read all the instructions. But ever since it's been no problem. Nice photos, clear documents. Holds adequate amount of paper. Auto sleep mode is nice, just comes on when you need it. Plenty fast for home printing.

It was easy to set up and seems to work well for home use. However, the scan to email worked only a few times and has since failed to attach the document to the email. Numerous tries to find a solution on the HP website have failed. There is no actual customer support available, so if you buy this product and a feature fails, be prepared to just live with it.

I had to call HP twice to get it working. First, it wouldn't go to sleep, it would turn off after 10 minutes with a bang and disconnect itself from my pc, that was an obscure setting in the printer itself, why that would be turned off I can't imagine. Support knew right away what it was, fixed quickly. Then the colors stopped working, everything came out in this putrid yellowish mix. Called support again, this time they had to remote in as it turns out the photosmart drivers don't work right (I had replaced an old photosmart c series all in one and they actually had to remove the photosmart driver and install a desk jet driver, after which it has worked beautifully. But the new machine is much slower than the old one, no idea why. Even so, it is a great value for the money, though they'll get me on cartridges, this one uses four, the old one used two.
