Replaced an outdate HP. Uses same cartridges which can be replaced a color at a time. Saves ink cost.

Wife & I both have laptops, It is easy for both of us to use the printer without cables, have never used a cable to this printer. We use several of the "all in one" features often. Perfect for our needs.

Awesome printer! Love the HP's. Use the printer every day. The scan feature is speedy and easy to use. Pleased with the pictures that print. I like to print recipes that have pictures and they are always "spot on". Color is accurate and pictures are clear.

Printer does everything it says. I didn't thing that the email feature would be used, but I ended up using it the most. Scans and prints photos impressively.

This is a great printer for home or office use. We use it in our home office to print documnets and photos. Its great because we can even send pictures and images from our phones or other wireless devices without having to plug them in to the computer.

Very good print quality, reasonable print speed. Price was very good: Best Buy matched the price when their web site had a lower price a few days after purchase.

First printer had to be returned, very poor print quality. Replacement works great, wireless very easy to set up and use. HP ePrint is not all it's cracked up to be.

Bought this to replace a Canon that just wasn't reliable anymore. Setting this one up on the wireless network was super easy. I only found one disappointment: the scanner doesn't create multiple files when I scan several photos at the same time. It saves them as one document with the four (or six or whatever) together. My older HP would create individual jpeg files from the images, but this one no longer has that feature. I did find some reasonably priced ($29.99) software online that integrates with the printer and solves the problem. Other than that one hitch, pleased with the printer and its speed.

This is the second model of this printer I've owned. It is easy to setup and use. We wore it out after 23 months, but Best Buy warranty replaced it no questions asked. Get the warranty and this printer. It will do you right for house and school work.

I needed to replace my 5-yr old HP 6520 and didn't hesitate to look for another 6520. Love the dual cassettes that let me go from letters to photos without going to the printer. Very easy to print from desk top, lap top, tablet and smartphones.

I love this printer! It was very easy to set up and my children helped me. It also has many cool features, including printing from any wireless device. This is a necessity with today's fast moving technology. It was a great price for what is included.

Great printer for home use easy to use? I had a printer less than 1 yr old similar to this and it died. I needed a printer which was similar which had the same features.. This was cap arable and was easy to set up.

This is the 3rd generation of this series of printers that I've owned. First one "died" and I upgraded to second one. My second one I gave away before a move and purchased this one. It is an incredible all-in-one. I've used it for faxing, scanning and most of all, printing of pictures. Clear, crisp and perfect every time. I love the additional HP software that you can download which gives you some creative options. My only "complaint" would be the start up noise on the printer. One would have thought that by now (3rd generation), they would have figured out a way to have it operate with less noise. Oh well -- can't have it all. This, though, is a great one.

Turned this printer on and had it printing from my iPhone and Laptop in minutes. Printing speed is fast and the quality is top notch. Well worth the price to upgrade to the new technology.

Serves purpose for small business. No issues at all

I chose this printer because I wanted to be able to print quality photos and scan documents in pdf. This printer does both - so basically I am a satisfied customer. However, I have had some troubles learning how to get it to do what I want it to and HP customer service missed one obvious way to help, though they were nice and spoke English. (Hint: never put more than one sheet of photo paper in the printer at a time.) Other things have been a bit irritating to figure out - e.g. the default is set to print borders on photos and I have to remember to go in and change it each time if I don't want them. Also, I was a bit disappointed that this printer went on sale for $30 less for several weeks after I bought it. But that is the way of the world.

I am very, very pleased. The efax is great and you get a personal e-mail to send your photos from the iPhone!! Super! Glad I bought it and the price was excellent considering all the features.
