This is my first HP & I find it was easy to install, has great features, is completely wireless and prints from my smart phone, tablet & desktop! I am very satisfied with the 2-sided option as well as the print quality.

Had a bit of a problem setting it up but after installing all the software with a bit of assistance from HP customer service, I am completely satisfied. Good quality copy - easy to use.

Bought this printer to replace the Canon printer the X got in the divorce. I like this one better because it has a paper tray and I don't have to load paper from the back. Does a good job at printing photos and documents.

Once we got the printer installed, which was pretty simple actually, it performed like it should which was error free and did a great job of both printing and scanning.

Great so far. Haven't done a lot of printing yet and only printed one or two photos which turned out great. Not sure how long the ink cartridges last. As of now, I would definitely recommend it.

When my husband's HP printer finally bit the dust we started looking at other printer makes. When we read the reviews we always came back to HP again because it had the best reviews. This printer has been ok, and the only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that it has a mind of its own sometimes. If you don't check all the settings each time you go to print it will shoot out page after page of random printing that makes no sense. There is no way to stop it once it gets started so a waste of paper and ink. We have reinstalled it many times and we even tried it wirelessly and it still does it. The software has been updated but still has not improved that part of its preformance.

Good printer for home. great to make prints and copies for the every day home stuff. I did not like that is comes default to automatically make prints from third party couple times a day.

With my husband's work he has to print a lot of things in he can print right off his phone which makes it super convenient for him. I enjoy photography and enjoy that I can print from home.

this is the second hp printer i have purchased for college. glad i have no more kids going to college.good model durable and easy to use. very easy to get set up other kids are asking mine where they got this printer

Def the easiest HP printer I ever set up. I don't have a cd on my notebook so I downloaded from HP support. Went for the simple version. Went very well. And HP Eprint from my iPhone galaxy and iPad were just as easy.

I needed a new printer and this one had the specs I wanted. I was able to get a demo in the store and was very impressed. I've never had a HP product before. I am very pleased with this purchase, it's a great printer

Very eays to set up and touch screen works great. Don't like how loud it is when it begins to print.

Bought this to update and replace another HP printer. Looking for a good printer at a decent price and found one! It prints quicker and quieter than previous HP printer. Easy installation and network set up.

I am mostly happy with this printer. It is a workhorse, which is something that I need for all the printing I do. Generally speaking HP has wonderful support. This printer very much makes use of online capabilities. You can download various art projects and reports. (The idea being that you will use more of the ink that you have to buy.) I wish that this printer had come with the ability to use the photo cartridge. It replaced a printer that used a photo cartridge, and I see a slight difference in the quality of photos between the two printers. Also, sometimes there appear to be connectivity issues. On the whole I like the printer.
