Just what I needed

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.For a "technically challenged" person, the programs are a bit complicated to use-i.e. "e Fax." Had to have HP assistance to establish e fax since serial number hadn't been established yet with the system. Then it printed only parts of a document leaving off vital information on airline boarding passes. Again needed HP assistance to fix this problem. After that had to reload everything again as the computer didn't "recognize" it. Ended up returning it for another simpler model.
