Bought this printer because it was the best deal for a wireless printer. Seems to be working just fine.

Good all around print prints black and white documents quickly and does good color and photo printing.

Happy with my purchase. Easy set up. I'm kinda tech savvy with low patience. This purchase fits me fine.

Printer is relatively easy to use and has the basic features most would need. The HP scan app is a bit of a pain and not the simplest to figure out, IMO you shouldn't need that many steps to scan. Ink runs out quickly even after the initial cartridges are long gone. It's low end and initially doesn't cost much but will add up in maintenance. Touche HP.

Maybe I'm just not doing it right but I have to physically pull the ink cartridge holder to the opening to replace them and I'm afraid I might break something. I do like that it only has 4 color cartridges and oppose to my old HP printer that had 6.

Easy to use, good quality pictures, fast printer. Also has the ability to print from any device has it's own email address.

I have had nothing but trouble with this printer. After I hooked it up and set up the wireless, every time I went to print something, the printer said that it was offline. I had to shut it off and turn it back on to get it to print. Then sometimes it would only print one page and say that there was an error. Also, it goes through ink like crazy. I wanted to take it back but I don't live anywhere near a Best Buy so I just tried to deal with it. I played around with it some more and redownloaded the drivers and got it to finally print without shutting it off, but now it doesn't do double-sided sheets. I am two seconds away from just going to buy another printer!!!

We needed a printer that we could connect with that was wireless so all our laptops and pads could print documents and emails.
