Used call center for assistance, they identified the problem and corrected the problem. I've talked with other users that had the same problem with installation... I'm not alone.

It has the best features, for example, you can set up the printer to have its own email address and while I'm at school or wherever I can email the printer my document and it will be there waiting for me when I get home. You can also print other things like crossword puzzles and such right from the printer.

So far, this printer has met my needs, however, I haven't taken the time to print any photos yet. That will be the big reveal for me as to how good of a printer this is!
