I wanted an inexpensive home all-in-one to basically replace all those functions that are so easily done at work...color when I need it...a copy or two here and there...and scanning when someone needs a document from me. The two-sided printing not only saves paper but valuable filing storage space. I am very happy with it.

The sales associate "up-sold" me from a less expensive model. He very accurately explained to me the features. The machine is great. I have a good piece of mind now for all my printing needs. after 6 months the ink heads stopped working properly and the ink cartridges last almost no time

this printer is great, very easy to set up and use

This printer gave me fits. Had to reload software multiple times. It would work for one document and then when I would print again, it wouldn't work and would say it was offline. I had to delete it and reinstall. Not sure I have the bugs worked out yet. Fortunately I don't print alot.

I love my new printer! It prints great and is fast.

I was unable to set up connection with my lap top and wireless router with out first connecting it wired. So I had to buy a cable first so that I can connect the printer to the router. Even if it says I will be able to connect to my laptop wirelessly, I still wasn't able to connect.

Like it very much so far works great does good job.

love the two sided printing and also being able to enlarge or reduce the size of documents is great.

The wireless works well with our wirelwss devices and when we email directly to the printer, but not wirelessly with our older computer set up with a D-Link router. We have problems when the printer goes into the "sleep mode" feature: it will not respond to the power button or the touch screen. We have to unplug the power and restart for printer features to respond. We have the Wi-Fi set up to WPA encryption and read a user's suggestion online to try switching to WEP encryption...haven't tried this yet. We just turn the printer off before it goes into "sleep" which defeats the wireless and energy saving features.

Decent printer, a little slow but it gets the job done!
