Purchased this printer recently and have had very good results with printing, scan, copy, etc. It does 2 sided copies and has a "drawer" for photo paper size as well as 8.5x11. It also prints wirelessly from any pc, tablet, phone, etc that is connected with it. Only issue I have is that it is quite noisy.

The only suggestion I would make is to make the paper 'catch' more substantial. There should be a tray built in to printer to more securely catch to paper. The papers go all over the floor especially when printing wireless from another room and not engaging the 'arm'.

Picture quality doesn't seem quite as good as some of my past HP printers but perhaps I'll need to tweek some of the settings. It's a little funny about knowing when it's full with paper and I get a No Paper readout. All-in-all though, it's a good printer for the amount I paid.

Scanner is slow, had a couple of jams so far, past experience with hp support is not good but for some reason i came back. Rated this product Fair overall as the actual print quality is good and the setup was simple.

The wireless features (printing from smart phone, tablet, etc.) is an excellent feature. The scanning feature cannot detect multiple pix on the scanning table or have the option for various output quality like the B209a. This limits the use of the scanning feature!!!

This is a good product and should be acceptable to even the most discerning customer. Still don't know how long the ink cartridges will last. I like using recycled cartridges for both cost and environmental reasons. If this machine performs with the recycled cartridges, then I will be most pleased.

Got locked out of Web Console but nowhere online does it tell you the default passwords or how to reset it. If I wasn't an IT Professional, I would have been lost. Love the ePrint option and eFax setup as well.

Wish printer had diagrams which showed how and where to load paper. Also, keeps defaulting to print from One Note and can't figure out how to get it to default to printing from HP Photosmart 6520 option. Definitely needs more how-to instructions for non-tekkies.

Last model was a 6510 but the black printer ink quit working after 1.5 years. Purchased this model because I do like the features and I already had several $ worth of toner already on hand. Hope this upgraded model 6520 lasts longer.

Works great easy to change ink, however, the USB wireless function did not work so well and it quit completely in less then 2 years. Hooked up with cable now prints better then ever. I have tried almost all brands prefer HP and Brothers.

This printer is everything that I could ask for and more. It was easy to set up and is so easy to use. The large touch screen is a joy to use, and there are so many apps that I'm amazed a printer at this price can do so much. The print quality is very good. Also, the e-mail printing is a nice feature.

I replaced my HP 5200 printer I can't find all of the featues on this one I will have to go back to Best Buy to understand how to enlarge. I was happy to learn that Best Buy recycled my old printer that was a great service since it didn't make sense to repair,

I bought this for a gift for my daughter. I have also used it and it is easy to use, easy to hook up, and prints satisfactory pictures. It is larger than we originally wanted, but does the job well. We are not happy about all of the ink jets needed however.

It was a little bit of a hassle trying to get it to print the flyers that I needed. Once I found the right app it worked out ok. Sometimes you need to print pictures on regular paper. You should have a choice in the printer rather than having to work around it.

Frequent paper jams - doesn't print photos on regular paper - maybe good for printing only photos on photo paper!

Have only had the printer for approx. 2 months seems to do well for my needs, My main complaint is the printers need to use some ink from the color cartridge's when printer is set-up to print black only.

I bought this printer so I could print from my ipad, iphone and computer. It works great. Just love it. Fast, photo's and documents both turn out nice. The only thing I can't do is attach the part that keeps the paper from landing on the floor after the print. I still have to figure that part out.

It's been over 12 years since I bought a new printer, so maybe I'm a little giddy, but I feel spoiled now. The air printing is great. Plus scanning is much easier than my last HP printer. Copies are great. Can't attest to ink consumption yet. Very, very pleased. and I paid only $105 at Best Buy!

Bought this for my dad's birthday. He's not very tech savvy but he was able to set this up on his own and use it without too much trouble. Hooray for electronic gifts that require little to no setup/involvement on my part.

I have made copies but I cant link the laptop to the printer..Im not sure if its the laptop or the Printer..It was pretty neat that you push a button and it tell you how to put the ink in, the paper, the photo paper...So I am pretty sure its my old laptop
