Sometimes looses signal with laptop, then you can only fix by turning printer off. Then this causes it to sometimes not being able to power it on, only way to power on again is to unplug from wall. Other than this no complaints, when it works it works well.

This product has been discontinued. I bought it to use up all the ink I had purchased for my previous printer(print head went bad). It's not letting me use up the cartridges that were in use with the previous printer - I had to put new ones in.

I replaced an aging Photosmart c7280 with this printer. I am very pleased with its performance and how well it performs on my network. The only thing I am disappointed with the eFax account that is included. Number is not local and I cannot send a fax without paying for an upgrade.

I like the fact that the paper lays flat inside the printer, and not half in half out! However the salesman told us that it came with all the cables require to attach our computers to the printer "WRONG" lucky for me I had a cable to use or it would have gone back to the store!!

This printer is amazing! Not only does it deliver fast black and white documents, it produces top quality color printing. The wireless feature was simple to set up and the instructions from HP were clear and a quick easy, secure set up. Scanning is also simple and high quality

I have always been a HP printer fan! This one is my best yet because it is fast,quiet and wifi works perfect. You either buy a printer to print documents or photos or both and this printer handles it all just great.

Buying a printer is crazy! There are so many options, brands and bells and whistles to choose from. After reviewing several printers, I made the decision to go with this one. I have been so pleased with the purchase. I will most likely purchase another one for my daughter.

This is my second time purchasing this printer, and I believe I haven't gone wrong either time. Currently it is being used in an office setting along with helping me get through college! Would totally recommend!

Would make the same purchase again. I hope it doesn't use a lot of ink. I haven't printed enough yet to see how easy or hard it may be on the ink. That will also be a deciding factor on how good a purchase it may or may not have been!

I love this printer. It does everything that I wanted in a printer for a great price. The only reason I am not giving it 5 stars is that the touch screen is not the best. I have to really apply a lot of pressure before it responds.

The printer regularly fails to response to print command. We have had to reset the factory defaults several times. One alternative after sending a print command is to unplug the printer, plug it back in and the printer will respond.

Inexpensive printer scanner. Review of this should take place after one uses printer to first cartridge replacement. I have no idea how long the paper or the ink will last.

I thought this printer would hold more paper than it does. I also didn't realize it has the little 'flap' thing in front of thd paper loading area. That makes it impossible/impractical for me to use in my under-desk printer drawer because it has a wooden edge where the printer sits. So, rather than returning the printer, I traded it with my husband for his HP, which works much better for my desk. He doesn't print nearly as often as I do, so the switch works fine for both of us. The printer is a good, solid printer, it is just that my desk set-up didn't work well for it. I have always used HP printers and will continue to do so in the future.

So far I have had no problem with this printer. It is fast and the print quality is great. Love that I can print wirelessly from my iPad and iPhone. Wish it would allow me to resize photos when printing photos from my iPad or iPhone to fit the 4" x 6" photo paper.

I have always been against HP Printers for the cost of the cartridges. Well they finally got wise and are making cartridges affordable again. Plus the fact that printing photos on this printer is remarkable.

As stated, when this printer works, it's fantastic for a small business. However we have had challenges with our PCs disconnecting from the device and having issues printing.

This printer was easy to set up and works right away. There are special features for printing email or wireless. Displays how to fix errors are clear and concise. Does what is is supposed to and is energy efficient. It used the same toners as my old printer.

Very happy with upgrade and a good price. Although it is pretty dummy proof, I most appreciated the gentleman who walked us through the features and guided on what the best purchase would be for our needs. Very happy with the Best Buy store I purchased this at.

I had an Epson that some how uninstalled the scan drive. I tried for a year to get it to work and finally had to plug my laptop into it every time I wanted to scan something - got boring after awhile. now I can print from my cell phone - this is great ; )

Very nice printer, but took several times calling HP before it was discovered that when working from home the VPN would compete with the wireless printer and it would not work. Final solution, when using VPN, I use a USB cable.
