The paper was so thick it constantly jammed the printers. Tried it on two different printers, and both jammed. When I finally got a couple pages to print they had dark track marks across the back.

It’s the worse paper I have ever tried printing on and maybe it is best suited for industrial printing but at home or the office on a basic printer it is TERRIBLE. I would love a full refund.

Not sure if product is good never got all in one printer to use

This premium HP paper is only for printer with stay flat paper inputs. My HP C5550 chews up this paper because its too moist or soft and glossy and the printer rollers can not propel the paper.

Best Buy tends to only have cheap supplies in stock. I was very upset to see that the only paper carried in stock is glossy. Glossy prints are awful for framing. Would have loved to see a selection of matte or luster paper.

The ink would not adhere to this photo paper when trying to print a photo. It got all over my hands. I returned the remainder for a refund.

i purchased to print a picture but i was disappointed because the ink won't dry and you get a poor quality

Paper never fully dries, photographs keep smearing. I left overnight to air dry same result.

Not sure if this is my problem but I tried to print a photo from two separate printers and it failed. This paper either sucks or I choose the wrong one.

The HP soft glossy photo paper gives a great touch to pictures. If you are looking for something inbetween very glossy and matte, this is a good choice.

Just what I would expect from HP. They seem to have the best photo paper out there.

hp overs 25 of the photo print paper that's more than what canon offers they offer only 20 but then again when order xl version you get 50 sheets
