    Received my package back in November, but just now opened the package (January 29th) because I will typically order photo paper when it is on sale and then only open the package when needed. I completely understand that it is my fault for not checking something as soon as I receive it, but I would have never expected this from Best Buy!!! And, others need to be aware of what happened to me. Once I opened the USPS package today and took the photo paper package out, it was VERY OBVIOUS that the PHOTO PAPER PACKAGE had been OPENED PREVIOUSLY!!! So, WHY in the world would Best Buy send an already opened and/or damaged package of photo paper (especially when I pay for an annual Best Buy membership)??!!?? I then proceeded to count the number of sheets, AND there were only 18 sheets (out of what was supposed to be 25)!!! Then, I examined the photo paper and it was definitely NOT A SOFT GLOSS (it was some sort of thin MATTE paper)!!! Unfortunately, I have missed the return window (January 21st) but I have definitely learned a very valuable lesson to make sure that I open ANY orders from Best Buy on the day that I receive them from now on!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

    Not as good as I hoped. The epson paper ended up betting better quality. This one was a good budget buy.
