    Terrible. The hardware malfunctioned, had to have the Geek Squad repair it. They said they fixed it. Crashed 2 more times. A big piece of JUNK!

    Do not buy. This computer constantly crashes. Always giving me a blue screen of death with different error codes. I use it for work and it is useless. I had to attach an external hard drive out of concern that one day it will never recover and I will have lost all of my data. Very disappointing.

    I was using an old HP Windows 7 which I bought way back in 2007. Then Google announced they were no longer offering support for Windows 7 and I couldn't install Windows 10, which they had offered for free years ago, but I had refused it, so I was forced to buy another computer. I wanted a Windows 10, since I heard nothing but bad things about Windows 11 and I wanted a CD/DVD player. A young guy I work with said "who even uses CD's anymore?" I do. I have hundreds of them. Fortunately, I had saved all my documents, music and photos on an external hard drive which I easily transferred to this refurbished computer and so far it is working like a charm! Took me awhile to get used to the Windows 10 platform, but I am loving this nice little refurbished HP Elite Desktop and it is meeting all my needs! 100% satisfied!
