I reluctantly went against my better judgment of buying a refurbished printer. From the moment I got it there was an issue. Even when there isn’t a single piece of paper in the printer it comes up a warning paper jam. If you want to print two things in a row, forget about it. You print one thing and all of a sudden you get the paper jam memo despite not having any other paper in the machine for there to be any sort of jam. I have tried multiple variations of amounts of paper in the machine at a time and no luck. Do yourself a favor and buy yourself a brand new printer, stay away from refurbished. I did purchase the geek squad coverage and I have yet to take it vantage of it, maybe I really should.

I know its the cheapest on the market but why make it and sell it if it barely works. Its shutdown and reported fault codes for no reason, worked fine after restart. Consistent connection issues with the computer. I bought the 2-year insurance and I can't help but think I'll be stuck returning this. Just spend an extra $20-30 and get a better model.

After being excited that it showed up one day late instead of two like the tracking showed, I hooked it up, got as far as the alignment page, and it comes up with a paper jam error message...after chatting with three different people between geek squad and customer service...I literally got nowhere. By far the worst customer service experience I have encountered....which is surprising for a big chain store. I will be returning this in store, as the website hasn't even updated to show I received the printer...and it was yesterday. Best Buy you really need to up your game!!!!!

This is a basic printer/copier/fax machine and is easy to install. If all you are looking for is basics, this will meet your needs and is cost effective.

Print quality isnt that great.. some prints came out blurry

I could not get the computer to connect to my phone and would not finish getting itself ready. I was never able to print. I think this is more of a problem since it is refurbished and not knew though.

Not compatible with iPad. Received a fatal error and after time spent on the phone with a technician, I realized I made the wrong choice!

The referb I got came with a defective color ink cartridge, it won’t print the calibration sheet and constantly goes offline

I will not be purchasing any other refurbished items. Printer doesn't work, and store doesn't warranty refurbished items. Extremely disappointed.

Can't really rate it as I bought it for my daughter who lives 100 miles away and she will use it for college courses and that's all I know about it.
