I bought the Envy 5530 to replace an older HP printer. The Envy is faster, quieter, and seems to use less ink. Photos come out very nice, but I use it primarily for documents. Easy set-up to print from my iPhone. Great quality on card stock, labels, and glossy photo paper. Best result is on HP brand paper stock, it really makes a difference. The scan feature is tricky -- there must be a way to create an icon on my desktop for one touch scanning -- I'm sure I need to look into it in more detail.

The set up was amazing the customer service helped with the down load and answered all questions. The printer prints good quality sheets and photos its a all in one printer. So I have not had a chance to use the scan. I would recommend to get on the print ink plan with that its so much easier. oh touch screen to its awesome!

Excellent quality printing! I change the ink cartridge less than expected. Very quit.

Very good occasional printer for small jobs at my cabin. I use it mostly for black and white documents but color is ok also.

My Salesman was so helpful at explaining all the printers, it made my decision making process a snap. Love that this printer does 2-sided copying and other nice features. Good price, good value for price!!

This printer ended up being bundled with a laptop, since I needed a new printer (and not just because it was cheaper than buying ink, as the anecdote goes). It has basic functionality for scanning.copying and printing and integrated wireless. Don't go looking for really high-quality prints, though! I have had an occasionally issue with connectivity on the printer side, requiring a restart and hard-line connection, but other than that it works OK for the price.

I really like this printer! It is easy to use, prints well and is fairly quick. Like it better than my old kodak, for sure!

I love the wireless feature and the fact that I can print from my iPhone. I also like the fact that it will print on both sides of the paper, very cool! I'm not happy with the color quality, even on high quality 24# 97-100 bright white paper, the color is very dull, mottled and just plain flat. I'd like to see it much more vibrant.

it's a cheap printer and is fine for cheap printing. very little instructions from HP. a do-it-yourself set-up with (alleged) help from the website FAQ.

I purchased a surface and received a discount on a printer with my purchase. I had an Epson, so slow. Easy to use, and fast!

Not so much on the set up and the support service for the printer. I have received emails from them daily about the printer, about deals on ink, and about other products from HP. Not what I signed up for.

I like them photo prints yo. Quality. Speed. Function. It's all there player. Steven P Jobs once said that a carpenter that's worth an ish uses quality wood for the backside. That's what they've gone and done here. I mean not literally. You don't want a printer made out of wood, quality or not. I'm saying even the inside of the printer door, the spring in the cables - it's all premium. If you really just have to print something you can't be worried it's gonna fail. This thing prints serious.

I am really enjoying the use of my new printer. So much has changed since I last purchased a printer. For use as a home printer this is indeed ideal.

Does a good job of printing, ink cartridges are easily accessible. I like the wireless printing feature. It holds a good amount of paper in the paper feed tray. Overall a good printer for my needs.

I bought this to replace my last HP printer that was just under a year old and must have been a lemon as it continuously kept paper-jamming from almost day one and nothing seemed to resolve the issue last month when I just finally gave up and went and bought this one (with ext. warranty). So far, it has been a jewel and I am keeping my fingers crossed. This seemed to have the best reviews of it's price range and quality of most I reviewed and I am in agreement with those reviews so far.

Bought this printer for my junior in high school. Very easy setup, prints flawless, beautiful pages. Also copies well.

I was looking for a quality all in one printer that I could use printing from an IPAD. This printer has great quality and runs flawlessly. The replacement ink cartridges are too expensive though. All in all, I'd recommend this printer for any home and light business application.

Fast and quiet, good value for price. Had a very difficult time setting printer up on a computer that did not have wi-fi.
