Printing=great. Power unit failure=not so great.

Three weeks after purchase, after very light use, power quit. Went through all tests, both website instructions and simple logic. Nothing. Two DAYS of phone nightmares from HP "support" I am told they are sending a new internal power adapter. Hope it lasts. Suggest pay more/get more.

Defective Ink

Great Price, fast delivery.. however the printer came with a defective Black ink Cartridge.. Called HP and after speaking ti the customer service rep, she asked me to hold for a supervisor.. i was on hold for over thirty minutes, then the Rep came back on and apologized for the delay and promised a supervisor will call in the next hour.. needless to say that was over a month ago and still no call from HP

Great printer for the money

Had to use the install disc on my older Win XP machines. Was "plug and play" with a Windows 8 PC and iPhone 5s (although no wires were necessary as I strickly use this as a network printer.). Text input on the touchscreen uses the old T9 format and is a little cumbersome.

Good printer but slow

The only real downfall is that is a bit slow and if it is in stand by mode and I go to print from my phone or tablet, the printer won't wake up and I have to go to it and get it out of stand by. Not that big of an issue, but kind of takes away from the convenience of a wireless printer.

Tricky setup but great once that was done
