Love the printer it's size is prefect easy to use great price

did everything I wanted it to do. The only thing I couldn't do, was connect to an older computer that isn't connected online.

could not refuse the door buster deal. Needed a all in one- HP had performed well and wanted to maintain the use of HP again.

This is our family's first wireless printer and we already love it after just a short time! Apple products automatically link up and print and the lap top was easy to set up to print wirelessly. The ink also cost $20 less per re-fill than our old printer. We also signed up for an ink by mail program that they have that I think will save us huge money!

I have found this product relatively easy to set up and use. I had a problem at the beginning with paper loading. The feeder wouldn't slide in all the way. I finally stood it up vertically and attempted to slide it in. This worked and it has been fine ever since. I still have occasional paper jams but this may be due in part to the paper I am using.

A few bugs getting it to accept the wireless at first. Like every hp printer I've ever had, the printed sheet falls in the floor.

It is a good printer for home use, does not print very fast. Was able to download the installation software from the HP website.

For such a low price, this printer does its job as well as I expected. My previous HP printer was exceptionally thrifty and reliable. I have not yet used enough ink to take advantage of the monthly subscription, but I'm not concerned. A problem is that the scanner defaults to scanning small images within a page when I'm trying to scan the entire page. I'm still having trouble defining the scanner field without making tedious adjustments for every scan. There should be a way to adjust the default to the entire scanner table before creating a scanned image, but I haven't found it. It also takes time to find the image after scanning. I know it's kind of a rookie problem, but there are plenty of us rookies out there. The default folder for new images should be more clearly highlighted and adjustable. The space available in the front of the printer for blank paper is awkward and restrictive and makes it necessary to reload frequently. I knew before I bought it that printing speed would be slow and it is. The instructions and process for printing using WiFi is confusing. I'm not sure it actually works, because the printer is cabled to my desktop and I haven't tried printing from an different computer yet.
