I was worried that it would not compare to a larger HP Printer I already had. No worries, it works just as well as my old HP. The print quality is great for regular documents and not bad for photo printing as well. The scanning ability is great and very easy to use.

Great service from manufacturer

After a lengthy phone call (a very helpful one), HP sent me a new printer, allowed me to keep inks that came with the old one and paid shipping for defective printer to be sent to them. New printer was installed with no problem and is working fine.
