I love the new feature of instant ink. I just starting using this printer, so far so good.Extremely easy to set up and use.

It works great on my home network environment. I can print and scan anywhere from my iPad or iMac. It's very easy to setup. On Mac I didn't have to install any drivers.

I came home turned it on and wala it just asked me a few question and installed it on my computer and I started printing, nothing like the printer of ten years ago!!!!!

Happy I bought this one at a great price The printing and features are just what I needed for my home computer and now allows me to print my knitting patterns in color.

The printer is good but wireless connection is fair. Works better connect with the wire. But a great printer otherwise.

Bought to use with HP laptop. setup was easy, came with couple sheets of photo paper which was nice. Love that it is wireless

Well my old printer bit the bullet and we needed a new one. For the cost and the features it was well worth the price.

A good general purpose printer, copier, scanner. Good print speed even in color. Copier works good in b/w and color. Has some issues when printing large spreadsheets.

Super easy to set up and connect to the internet. The speed and print quality totally met or exceeded my expectations.

totally disappointed in this printer. while it will print documents perfect - when I try to print pics - it is such poor quality that i had to hook my old printer back up. While I was excited to get a wireless printer for my MIL, it was just a total disappointment when I hooked this up for her. the bad thing is, it's hard to return anything to BestBuy w/o having to pay to give it back

Even though they could have done better on the sheet catcher. I still really like this printer. The price is great and I really like that I pay 2.99 a month for ink.

I like hp and this one is a upgrade for me. I can get rid of the scanner and older printer and print wireless everything

She uses this all the time at college. It was easy to hook to her computer and was user friendly. The cost of ink is a concern but saves on trips to make copies.

Set up was easy. This product definitely meets my daughter's needs while attending college. It was the ideal size for my daughter's dorm room. So far no problems.

I am happy with this printer. It was my first wireless printer. It takes longer to send a document to print than my old printer. I am happy with how quickly it scans.

Bought HP printer and it was junk had to replace it. Bought another HP because the factory rep at the store talked me into it. I purchased the HP Envy 5530. Problem: always says cartridge jam and there no cartridge problem. Doesn't work half the time without messing with it. Purchased May 2015. Very undependable I would never buy another HP printer. 2 strikes and your out!

Decided on hp printer to try instant ink program...have had nothing but problems with previous printers in the ink dept. and hope this program will be less expensive and provide quality control for ink.

I bought this printer for Mother and it has been simple for her to use. It is great for a novice and someone that need basic print and scan functions.
